Welcome to MATERI’ACT – offices, R&D centre, labs and… Event venue.
Located at 64 Boulevard du 11 Novembre 1918 in Villeurbanne (near Lyon), just a stone’s throw from the Doua Campus, our headquarters span more than 7,500m2. As well as offices and labs dedicated to designing and developing low-carbon materials, we also rent out spaces for all kinds of events.
In 2023, we moved to this beautifully (and sustainably) renovated site certified by the French BBC Rénovation environmental label. To minimise our footprint, we chose an existing building and repurposed/reconditioned furniture – for maximum comfort and minimum environmental impact.

You’ll discover a choice of spaces adapted to different needs, whether you’re hosting a team meeting, brainstorming session, client rendezvous or seminar for up to 100 people. All our rooms are fully equipped with HD touch screens, whiteboards and video conferencing equipment. You also have access to our communal areas with a kitchen, lounge and coworking space, plus still and sparkling water. If you’d like coffee or refreshments, this is available as an extra.
