Innovate with purpose: work on pioneering projects that have a real impact on our planet and the future of industries from automotive to toys.
Ready to take up new challenges while contributing to high-tech materials and a circular, low-carbon economy?
We believe materials can spark innovative solutions without putting people and planet at risk. Set up by FORVIA, we transform recycled waste and biomass (like hemp and pineapple leaves) into low-carbon, high-performance alternatives to fossil fuel-derived plastics – shaking up sourcing, formulation and manufacturing methods along the way with a whole ecosystem of partners in France and beyond.
Our shiny new headquarters are in Villeurbanne, near Lyon, at the heart of a vibrant innovation ecosystem. This is where we design, formulate and test our materials across more than 7,500m2, including offices, a state-of-the-art R&D centre and characterisation lab – plus our own pilot production line nearby. We also have a production site in Dallas, Texas, and are poised to expand globally, starting in Asia.
Innovate with purpose: work on pioneering projects that have a real impact on our planet and the future of industries from automotive to toys.
Grow professionally: access exciting career (and training) opportunities in R&D, engineering and more as part of a dynamic, international ecosystem.
Feel at home: join a company (and team) where diversity is an asset and inclusion a commitment – not just on paper.
Be respected: get the respect and transparency you deserve, even before joining, including a promise to provide applicant feedback within two weeks.
What I love about MATERI’ACT is the international and dynamic environment. As a work-study student, I am at the crossroads of multiple projects and I have the opportunity to work with passionate, highly skilled teams.
Joining MATERI’ACT has allowed me to combine purpose and action. My role is all about exploring how our sustainable materials can meet the needs of new markets — working at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and business.
What I appreciate most is the entrepreneurial spirit that drives the team. We’re agile, bold, and committed to making a difference — not just following trends, but helping shape them.
Being in a fast-paced environment where ideas turn into real solutions is both energizing and fulfilling.
At MATERI’ACT, I get to integrate Life Cycle Assessment into every decision we make. My role bridges regulatory affairs, R&D, raw material sourcing and sales — all working together to foster sustainable innovation.
What drives me is contributing to impactful projects and helping teams understand the “why” behind our choices. I love sharing knowledge and making sustainability a real lever for change.
Here, LCA is more than a methodology — it’s a mindset we apply across the board.
