Pre-industrialisation support: get customised guidance to streamline your transition from prototype to production.
Let’s have a look behind the scenes of our in-house innovation hub to see how collaboration can contribute to a low-carbon world.
Decarbonising industries, from automotive to leather goods, requires deep transformation across supply chains. We can each do our bit. For us, this means developing low-carbon materials in our labs. But we also need to share, learn and collaborate with other innovators, companies, startups and research centres. Our innovation hub is a great place to start.
Our hub is more than just a workspace: it is a true ecosystem where industrial startups find the resources, connections, and support they need to turn their ideas into success.
Certified BBC Rénovation and equipped with upcycled furniture, our 7,500m2 site is home to our offices, R&D centre, characterisation labs… And HUB MATERI’ACT, our innovation hub that brings together forward-thinking companies shaping a more circular economy.
Advanced facilities, robust network, expert support (internal and external network spanning financing, product lifecycle management, business strategy, eco-design and industrialisation)…
Pre-industrialisation support: get customised guidance to streamline your transition from prototype to production.
Life cycle analysis: leverage our expertise and partnerships to carry out comprehensive environmental assessments.
Material grade development: use our labs for material characterisation including rheology, chemical, mechanical and odour tests.
Workspaces: set up your office in 300m2 of flexible workspace including private offices and shared spaces.
Room rentals: rent venues for your meetings, events and training sessions including a conference room for up to 100 people. More information this way.
Choosing MATERI’ACT’s innovation hub was a strategic decision for bobine. We are developing a technology for the chemical recycling of plastics, enabling the production of high-quality polymers from non-recyclable plastic waste. Our technology combines heterogeneous catalysis and electromagnetic induction, and allows the large-scale production of olefins from waste without needing steam cracking or hydrotreatment. In this context, the Hub provides us a strong ecosystem and aligns perfectly with our DNA and vision: doing simple and doing together
Being part of the MATERI’ACT Hub means being at the heart of a very stimulating ecosystem – where innovation, plastics engineering, and sustainability truly converge. It’s a place where we can connect our team and our network members with forward-thinking partners, accelerate collaborative R&D, and turn ideas into industrial solutions. The energy here is tangible, and the shared ambition around circular materials makes it a unique environment for a competitiveness cluster and innovation network like POLYMERIS.
Communities work best when everyone takes part and has their say. That’s why we host regular events including workshops, networking sessions and breakfast meetings to share ideas and expertise.
