At MATERI’ACT, the status-quo is out of the question. Given the urgent need to slash emissions and environmental impact, our teams combine their skills, energy and creativity to develop high-performance materials from recycled plastic and biomass.

Our aim? Create materials that generate up to 85% less carbon, while guaranteeing supercharged performance (to strict industry specs) and aesthetics. That’s why we use recycled waste plastic or biomass as our main feedstock – helping shift away from virgin plastic and contribute to a circular economy.

NAFILean

A complete range of biocomposite materials. Joint-Venture with local agricultural cooperative INTERVAL. Up to 45% natural fibers combined with a broad range of polymers. Up to 90% CO2 emission reduction.

IniCycled

High-performance grades for stringent specifications including impact & UV. Containing primarily post-consumer and end of life vehicle recycled content. Up to 42% CO2 emission reduction.

IniFlex

A TPE polyolefin based performance -material ideal for automotive passenger airbag applications. Well suited to favor circularity though a monomaterial approach

Artificial Leather

Alternatives to petroleum-based PVC and leather including bio-based knit fabric made from pineapple leaves. Vegan. Up to 91% lower CO2 footprint than leather.

TPO

Alternatives to petroleum-based TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) including TPO made from recycled content for thermo- covering such as IMG and PVF processes.
