A recycled TPO solution engineered for thermo-covering door panels – combining recyclability, surface aesthetics and processability.
A TPO grade developed for vacuum-formed surfaces with deep geometries – for durable aesthetics and a step closer to circular design.
We designed this grade especially for Positive Vacuum Forming (PVF). This is where vacuum pressure is used to shape skins onto foam and structures. TPO PVF is ideal for complex geometries, such as door panels and lower instrument panels (IP), and includes up to 25% recycled polyolefin.
Up to 25% recycled content
High elongation for deep-draw applications
Optimised for PVF thermo-covering
Fully recyclable and mono-material compatible
Ready for industrial automotive scale-up
TPO PVF is already reshaping automative surfaces and we’re now keen to explore applications in other industries too.
Door panels
Lower instrument panels (IP)
Multilayer skin systems using PP-based foam and glue
PVF (Positive Vacuum Forming) uses vacuum to tightly shape surface materials over foam contours. Think of it like shrink-wrapping your dashboard, but with design precision, automotive toughness and (now) recycled content.
